This sets the context for our entire expereince.

What thrills me?   What inspires me to take action
What gets me "Tuned in, Tapped in, Turned on."

Seeing beyond the third dimension.
Seeing in the non physical world.
You look and believe that you see yourself to be
inside of a mysteries Physical Context.
By context we mean
the Belief Box,    the Earth-life,    the place
that you discover yourself to be in.

There's also a world you call not physical.
But you believe a lie.
You tell your children a lie
"The non-physics, Its not real. It's only your imagination"

When the evidence tell us,
The physical world has it
sdrawkcab     backwards.

What's real isn't real and
what isn't physically real is actually real.

Reality is you. It's me.
It's the non-physical US,

We are together. We are all that is.
We are what we believe ourselves to be.

Remember, You are in a holograph
everything is us thinking machines
We made it up.
Earth life is a collection of thoughts.
What you see out there, that us thinking machines
WE    Yes, you and me, all of us.
We made it all up!

I see reality from a bigger, grander perspective.
This change in context,
changes my perception of all the content.
I now experience life more consciously.

Sit quietly; sit with erect spine ;with no back rest;
with heals of your feet off the floor or ground.

With my left hand, I reach down to my feet, and
coop up a handful of thee Earth's energy
up it up into my body. I stop just below the root chakra.

With my right hand, I reach high above my head and scoop down a handful of Universal energy.   I stop just above my head.

I begin breathing in the Earth's energy up my spine.
I imagine, feel, and experience the energy rising up and
connecting with the universal energy above my head.

As I exhale, I imagine, feel, and experience
the Universal energy flowing down the front of my body
and connecting to the Earth's energy.

With each breath cycle,
I slowly bring my hands closer and closer together
until my my left open and palm up
is just below my hearth chakra
and my right hand is just above my heart chakra,
open hand palm down.

In this position, I imagine all chakras
and all energy sources
concentrated in my heart chakra.

I continue the breathing cycles from earth root
to crown Source/ Goddess.
Everything in my entire being radiates Llove from ym heart.

At the center of your heart,
we each have a a God-Point.
From that point, I, we, you, anybody,
everybody can access any aspect of reality.
